Structure 6F-3
Structure 6F-3, the central pyramid of the North Acropolis triad, has been a focal point of research and consolidation. Late in the 1993 field season, Charles Suhler discovered and Sharon Bennett excavated the tomb chamber of a Maya king, buried circa AD350. Festooned with shell and jade jewelry and wearing an apron of mica mirrors, he was surrounded by ceramic vessals and carved bone, shell, and jade objects
